Farmers face a lot of challenges in the sugar cane industry from factories crushing less cane, gaps in ways of cane surveying to high transportation costs. Nubesol Technologies uses its patented algorithm for forecasting cane acreages and sugarcane yield through precision monitoring. NubeSol has got investments from Villgro and Artha and works on a subscription based model through which they generate revenue. According to Indian sugar mills association, India has 632 sugar factories and millions of sugarcane farmers.
